Fullness Labs is an independent technology and software engineering studio. We do not sell, rent, or monetize personal user data or client source code. Any data processed through our custom AI pipelines and software platforms remains strictly isolated to your operational environment.

We collect information only when voluntarily provided by you or automatically generated through standard technical telemetry necessary for platform operation:
- Direct Inquiries & Project Specifications: When submitting forms or initiating collaborations, we collect your name, email address, project focus area, and technical requirements.
- Technical Telemetry: Standard server logs, IP addresses, browser types, and response latencies to protect against abuse and monitor uptime.
- Client Project Artifacts: Schema definitions, API payload configurations, and dataset samples provided specifically under mutual engineering engagements.
02.AI Systems & Data Isolation
Fullness Labs specializes in intelligent software, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures, and autonomous workflows. We uphold strict data boundaries:
- Zero Public Model Training: Client documents, proprietary codebases, and vector database embeddings are never used to train public or foundational third-party AI models.
- Ephemeral Processing: In-flight embeddings and LLM completions are processed in memory and purged following query completion unless persistent indexing is explicitly contracted.
- Namespace Isolation: Multi-tenant vector collections and relational databases utilize strict tenant isolation keys and row-level security.
03.How We Use Your Information
Information collected is utilized strictly for technical and business operations:
- Architecting, testing, and deploying custom software deliverables.
- Communicating project updates, technical milestones, and milestone sign-offs.
- Maintaining system availability, uptime monitoring, and infrastructure security.
- Complying with applicable legal and financial accounting obligations.

- Database & Vector Storage: MongoDB Atlas, PostgreSQL, and Supabase (Encrypted at rest with AES-256).
- AI APIs: Enterprise OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source inference endpoints configured with zero-retention policies.
05.Your Data Rights & Deletion
You retain full ownership of your personal information and project data. At any time, you may request:
- A complete export of all contact records and project telemetry associated with your account.
- Permanent deletion of database records, uploaded files, and vector indices.
- Correction or updating of any inaccurate contact or organizational details.
